The initial conversation about Primus Orders began in December 2015 when Mr. Tushar Maheshwari, the founder of the company, recognized a critical gap in his existing order management system. Mr. Maheshwari envisioned a centralized, easy-to-use system that could unify order processing and inventory management, eliminating reliance on third-party systems and improving internal logistics.

  • Lightweight Back-End: We chose the Slim Micro framework for the back-end, which is known for its efficiency and minimalism. This approach ensured that the server-side processes focused solely on the essential web service APIs required to power the app, keeping the system fast and responsive.
  • Multi-Level User Access: To ensure data security and efficient workflow management, we implemented a multi-level user access system. This allows different user types—such as sales reps, inventory managers, and executives—to access only the information relevant to their role, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and operational efficiency.
  • Scalability: From the outset, we designed the system with scalability in mind, allowing the app to handle a growing number of orders and users without compromising performance.

  • Technical Details: The app was developed using Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC for design, PHP + MySQL for the backend, Slim Micro Framework for APIs, and Doctrine ORM for database management, ensuring a reliable, scalable solution.
