The Vision Behind the Primus Orders Project:
The initial conversation about Primus Orders began in December 2015 when Mr. Tushar Maheshwari, the founder of the company, recognized a critical gap in his existing order management system. At that time, the company struggled with managing orders from various channels, resulting in confusion, delays, and errors. Mr. Maheshwari envisioned a centralized, easy-to-use system that could unify order processing and inventory management, eliminating reliance on third-party systems and improving internal logistics.
The main goal was to create a tool that would empower employees across different functions—sales representatives, inventory managers, and customer support – while requiring minimal technical expertise. This vision led to the development of a custom mobile application to simplify order tracking, customer interaction, and product management, all from a unified platform.

In response to Primus Orders’ requirements, we set out to design a mobile application that would address all of Primus Orders’ challenges, combining simplicity with powerful features. The development process involved close collaboration with the client, including Mr. Sumit Singhal, who played a crucial role in guiding the project through its technical phases.
The application was built with the following technical foundation:
Technical Details: The app was developed using Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC for design, PHP + MySQL for the backend, Slim Micro Framework for APIs, and Doctrine ORM for database management, ensuring a reliable, scalable solution.
